Events in 2024!
We're kicking things off early in the coming year with two special events. The first is on Saturday, January 13. The second is on Saturday, February 17. Check out the info below to learn more!
**Please share these events with your friends. The February event will address the sensitive issues of abuse, divorce, and annulments. Pilgrimage to Darien: St. Therese, pray for us!
It has been many years since the Peoria Diocesan Council of Catholic Women hosted a pilgrimage, but when we learned about relics of St. Louis & Zellie (parents of St Therese of Lisieux) coming to the National Shrine of St. Therese in Darien Illinois, we knew we had to go!

Season of Creation
You are invited to an event celebrating the
2023 Season of Creation
jointly sponsored by the
Sisters of St. Benedict at St. Mary Monastery in Rock Island, IL
and the Peoria Diocesan Council of Catholic Women.
The ecumenical inter-faith prayer service will be held at the
bell tower just off the parking lot at
St. Mary Monastery, 2200 88th Avenue West,
Rock Island on Saturday September 30 beginning at 10:00 a.m.
(In case of rain, the service will move inside to the monastery chapel.)
Attendees are encouraged to bring a chair.
We hope you can join us in praying with and for all of creation! If you cannot be present in person you may attend virtually through this link:
